Director of Product Marketing

Led B2B marketing for a flexible staffing marketplace: launches, lifecycle, pricing and packaging, and sales enablement.

• Proposed and built three lifecycle SMS agents. In six months they reached 27,000 users across 16,000 businesses and revived 109 businesses, which went on to book 4,440 shifts.
• Built six internal agents and a Replit app for account managers. My copywriter agent is among the most-used of hundreds company-wide.
• Led go-to-market for Instawork Hiring, the year's largest launch. Produced all launch content in 19 hours against a 156-hour baseline; the landing page drew 3.5x the traffic of the last comparable launch.

Stripe

Product Marketing Manager

First dedicated product marketer for Issuing, then all banking-as-a-service products, which processed $5B a month across 20 markets.

• Led four major launches, including Issuing's charge card: 200% more website traffic, 68% more leads, and coverage in 16 outlets.
• Ran the beta and launch of Financial Connections.
• Led banking-as-a-service content for Stripe Sessions three years running; attendees rated my sessions the most popular or most valuable product breakouts each year.

Clever

Senior Product Marketing Manager, interim Head of Marketing

First marketing hire at the K-12 single sign-on company used by 60% of U.S. K-12 students, joining at Series B with 40 employees. Promoted to senior PMM and served as interim head of marketing. Clever was acquired by Kahoot for $500M in 2021.
